Where is the lot?
Please call our office at (360) 297-8600 and we can text you the address to the lot that your vehicle is at.
Is there someone at the lot?
No. Our lots are unmanned and you will need to call us when you are 30min away from our lot. Failing to call us can result in delays.
Should I come to your office?
Now that your form has been submitted, there is no reason to come to our office. We do not store any vehicles at our office in Silverdale.
How long do I have at the lot to get items?
We try and limit the time at the lot to 30min. If you think you are going to need more time than that, please let us know so that we can plan around that.
What happens to items left in my vehicle?
Any items left in the vehicle will remain with the vehicle. If the vehicle is going to the insurance company, we cannot guarantee that you will have an opportunity to get your items after that point if anything is left in the vehicle.
If they vehicle is auctioned, all the items in the vehicle will remain in the vehicle when goes to the new owner, please note that we can not give you new owner information if the car is sold at auction.
What can I remove from the vehicle?
You will be allowed to take any personal items from the vehicle. You may also remove your license plates for re-use. Please bring the tools to remove it if you choose to take your license plates.
Anything attached to the vehicle needs to stay with the vehicle. This means that you cannot take the wheels, tires, stereo, battery or anything else attached or essential to the function of the vehicle. This also applies to aftermarket items such as racks or top boxes that are attached the vehicle.
