Before we can dispatch any assistance, we require full payment upfront.

Should you find yourself in a situation where our driver is prevented from reaching you due to road conditions or safety concerns, a 50% refund will be provided. Similarly, if you aren't present at the designated location upon our driver's arrival or if you opt to cancel the service after our driver has already been dispatched, you are entitled to a 50% refund. It's also worth noting that in situations where towing is deemed both safe and necessary, be prepared for additional charges. These charges will be determined based on the specific tow truck dispatched and the distance covered. By making your payment on the next page, you acknowledge and agree to these outlined terms.
